Parc Plaza Apartments

Upon move in day, con: had a bug infestation in the dining, kitchen, and living room. Upon further inspection, there was crack on bottom front door. We had to clean up the whole apartment, with help of office staff. Pros, the appliances are nice and new. Black screen door, spacious floor plan. Staff, maintaince, and manager are friendly. Always willing to help and they were able to transfer me to available unit with bo issue. Thank you to management.

they have gone through several new managers. one move in day I had a toilet leaking all the way to the kitchen, windows that were sealed shut and closet drawers that were supposed to be replaced due to being broken and a child attacking it with nail polish. I had a maintenance request due to the doors of both bedrooms snagging the carpet and this was closed, and the carpet has been rubbed to the concrete flooring. throughout my year of living here we were told our windows would be replaced… (only got solar screens not new windows) they do not shut all the way(anyone can lift and gain entrance to your home), get keyless entry (still haven't gotten), gates constantly breaking, pools constantly being shut down so no grill or picnic table usage, the back doors are put on incorrectly so the pins can be popped at any time allowing someone to enter your home. anytime it rains or sprinklers come on the walkways and into the homes are flooded. the flooring is warped and even if you have furniture pads flooring is still ripping, I had a leak from the upstairs neighbor and patch job was done but did not paint. they also did not put the carpet back down and secure it in the master bedroom and bathroom entrance. they cut the wet padding out of the master closet and never replaced it. the output for the dryer was open to the attic so triggered my new dryer to constantly say clogged duct. after 6 visits and warranty company coming out found out the dryer was just blowing into the attic and no proper output was made when the building burnt down 10 years ago. still to this day I am not properly able to use my dryer so had to buy a box to sit on my dryer. I put in Maintenance request for hall closet getting stuck, so they came in and took the door off the bottom henge and said it was fixed. shower rods were cut short in the master bathroom so every time you pull the curtain back beware of the rod coming back and smacking you or falling to your feet. the glaze on the tub have peeled and shown how they try to hide mold. my neighbor moved out in June, and I was advised that pest control would come into my unit, I have never had pest control in the year of living here (i have video cameras inside my unit). now that the neighbors are gone, and Maintenance came in and painted the unit my home filled with harsh paint chemicals and had to air out my unit. also, during this time started finding silver fish, roaches/ Water bugs (big) centipedes and tons of spiders. These apartments need to close down. They have major issues with German cockroaches they are literally in everyone's apartment. They pose health risks. When I lived there I kept getting sick spending lots of visits to the doctor, and kept wondering why my health was declining. Don't move here, I noticed when I moved out. I donated my furniture they discovered I had bed bugs in the apartment. I never cooked in my unit because of all the embarrassing bugs, even had family members afraid to visit.… If you are thinking this would be a good place to live, don't sign that lease! The service is horrible, and the management is extremely difficult to work with. You may endure flooding in your apartment and they are still trying to move someone in there. That is a Hazzard! They are corrupt and out to get money. Don't waste your time.
