Apartments are a joke

We've lived here for two lease terms and will be leaving as soon as the current one is up.
The manager, Sheri, refuses to do a single thing while in office and the maintenance team is constantly getting fired so nothing gets fixed EVER. Nearly every one of my neighers AC broke this summer including our own, and for all of July I had no AC. Nothing was done to fix or assist and we were still forced to pay full price rent that month.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will not help you or care, they just… want your money and to do nothing to actually maintain the facilities. Oh, as a bonus the pool was closed this entire summer, with NO reduction on rent to make up for it. Screw Tall Timbers and the company that owns it.

Okay property

Tall timbers are decent apartments, the area makes it convenient to go shop at different stores on top of it being a quiet neighborhood. The apartments are just very old if you live in a downstairs unit you hear everything your neighbors do. The doors are too close to each other and it lacks privacy. You will eventually get annoyed at some point.

An honest review

This complex continues to go downhill. More and more people are leaving. Management jacked up the price of rent by throwing in a fee for them recieving packages when packages usually show up on your doorstep. Plus, many people had to move because management wanted to renovate and refused to let loyal tenants stay in their apartments... another tactic to jack up the rent. They want this complex to be so high end, yet on any random night you can hear your neighbors blasting their music while you… try to sleep for work the next day. I was a loyal tenant for many years but this place has changed for the worst.

Best Apartments I have moved into

Not only is my apartment beautiful, the leasing office and management team are beyond helpful and really supportive. The maintenance team are responsive and friendly and extremely helpful. I had an issue with the electric company because the previous tenants had a switch hold that prevented me from putting it in my name and the manager, Sherri, fought hard for me to get it in my name. They gave me a key to an empty apartment so I could shower and they refunded me the groceries I lost due to the… electric company turning off my electricity. Richard and Donovan who are on the maintenance team, are incredibly helpful and assisted me with getting my yard mowed and fixed the things the previous tenet broke. Everyone really makes this place a community. As long as they are here, I am never moving.

Love living here!

We just recently moved back to Euless a few months ago & have loved every day of living here! Jayme, our leasing agent, was so helpful and kind to get us in within a week of applying, with no problems. My townhome is newly updated and very spacious, our neighbors are friendly & the pool area is a huge win with my boys! Definitely recommend Tall Timbers Apartments for any size family.
