Disappointing long term track record
This place is run by unaccommodating, apathetic, and stingy landlords (Bainbridge Realty Group). This place used to be somewhat worth the rent, but as people move out, they throw together cosmetic renovations into a 35 year old building with suspect plumbing and cable, and increase rent by $500 . For the new prices, and considering these landlords rarely succeed in providing the perks of apartment living promptly, I recommend renting at one of the many newer places popping up all over the city.... We are moving soon and cannot wait.
