Don’t be fooled by the ads!.
The rent is determined by what ever they want to charge you and extra hidden fees are added after you sign your lease. They charge you anytime they have to pay out of pocket for extra. EXAMPLES-trash fees, laundry fees, extermination fees, parking fees. The pool is NEVER OPEN. They ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE BUT 3 hours a day. No one is AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES.

Our community does have a 24-hour emergency maintenance contact available for urgent issues, and we also have clear signage... posted throughout the property with office hours and contact information to ensure residents know how to reach us when needed.
Regarding fees, we strive to be transparent and outline all applicable charges within the lease agreement and supporting documents provided prior to move-in. These may include standard community-related services such as trash, pest control, and other amenities that support the upkeep of the property.
