Changes Made.

The one stars may have been accurate at the time; little over exaggerated. Speaking from experience simple communication has resolved any complaints and unpleasant living conditions. The management and maintenance have gone above and beyond to improve the quality of living. The weed smell is no longer constant and the fighting neighbors seem to be on thier way out.
I am currently a resident here and love the location and vibes. Everyone I've met that has recently moved in have been kind and… quite the opposite of the ones described in previous poor reviews. I look forward to living here this upcoming year. The improvement shows they value the Tennants and thier quality of life.

Do NOT move here!

I have lived here for almost a year and I can't wait for my lease to end.
Their grounds have constant litter and cigarette butts. The elevators have urine in them that never get cleaned. Packages are constantly stolen. Smell of weed is normal. Fighting neighbors that never get warned to be quiet or kicked out.
This place is not what they claim and I can't wait to get out.
The staff does not care and will just ignore you. Meanwhile I'm paying good money to live here!

Maintenance

The maintenance team is very good! I have submitted a few requests and they have been quick to respond and fix my issues. Sean recently just completed my last request. He was super nice and quick!
