Candle Chase Apartment Homes

I absolutely love my apartment. It's recently renovated so there is black appliances, with faux blinds, and new carpet! Love it. On the downside, there are some issues that need improvement. We do not have assigned parking but tenants are giving parking stickers so that they may park whenever they please. At the beginning of our lease it was not a problem. We are reaching the end of our agreement and parking is horrible! Vehicles that do not have a parking sticker are parking in tenants parking… spots. So after a long day at work, you've stopped to get the kiddos and pick up groceries only to make it home unload and have to walk far to finally make it home. Not my ideal situation..another thing I am starting to dislike is my neighbors. They always have company, are outside smoking drugs in the walkway, and are always playing loud music. They crowd the stairwell and are somewhat hesitate to move so that you can get by! They have laundry onsite and it is 24/7 with the code they provide you. Love, love this!! Management is always so nice and willing to help with whatever you may need. On site maintenance are always very pleasant as well! If I could take my apartment and move it, I would. Love the property but they should do a better screening with their applicants.
