Living here on a 12 month contract from March of 2017 to 2018 and am currently on the 9th month and am extremely tempted to break my lease.
I'll keep it short: They TURNED OFF the air conditioning under the idea that "its cool enough to keep it off", but if that were the case, why am I sweating in my sleep EVERY NIGHT? Because it's 80 degrees in my apartment. Once this was brought to their attention, the "simple fix" for them was "just open your windows and doors at night". Ridiculous.
Another... issue they have had since "before I moved in", according to my neighbors, is that you can't control the hot water in the shower. One second it will be absolutely freezing and the next it is too blisteringly hot to stand in. Even in my 9th month this is still an issue.
My Neighbors are a whole other issue that obviously the management isn't in control of, but when it comes to the numerous noise complaints, Fawn (the manager) just said "well, would you like to switch apartments?", instead of FIXING the problem.
Not to mention the LEAKS coming from the lighting fixture in my kitchen...
