moved in this week

I really enjoyed my visit to the apartments. I think there may be new office staff or new management because there is now a gated entry. The laundry rooms have new machines and everything looks brand new. The parking lot has been painted, which makes it much easier to see at night when I park. The apartment itself has been upgraded with nice features. Overall, I was very impressed and it's nothing like what the reviews mentioned.

very bad start to a new home.

i just moved in friday may 19 and it is just saturday may 20 and i found 20 plus ticks and fleas, there cockroaches everywhere through out the apartment and mold on almost every crack of the floor around the pkace, i have 2 daughters 1 and 2 and it is just unsafe... for the property managers i want a fully redone apartment, i am not paying to live in a dangerous enviroment for my two babies.

Our management team has proudly managed... this property since 2015, and we have many long-term residents who have called our community home for over 15 years. All of our apartment homes are inspected and certified prior to move-in by a licensed pest control company, with proper documentation confirming that each unit is treated and cleared.

What you’ve described is not reflective of our standards, and we want to make this right as quickly as possible. New management has make it a lot better in just one year

Live here now for 3 years . Recently 1 year ago anew management company took over the proeprty and now we have a beautiful laundry room with key pad , so only tenants can enter . We have gates that are working and full enforced towing for non resident cars .. it’s has now 2 full time maintanace staff and those guys are good .. now this place is soooo much better than before . Would recommend my friends and family to live here now ..

Could be worse maybe

Well there are no dishwashers in any of the apartments. No pool. The laundry room has been closed for over 3 years. Management has stated that they don't plan on fixing the washer and dryers and reopening it. It's smoke free if your not a smoker,but more than halve the residents are potheads and crackheads. It's pretty nice and quiet in fall and winter. But in spring and summer it has a lot of foot traffic due to two drug dealers living there. We had three drug dealers but one got raided by cops... early June 2018. There was a shooting in 2016. Its a livable place if you mind your own business and are well armed and don't patronize with anybody. You can't hang out in the courtyard with out somebody asking for money,cigarettes,drugs or alcohol. Not a bad place to buy food stamps for .50 to the dollar.
