It's been about a month since my move in and I absolutely love it. Peaceful, clean environment, professional staff and the maintenance crew is AWESOME!! If you're looking for a place to live, consider Cumberland on Granbury!

Don’t move here
This was an awful apartment. Overpriced and way too small. They moved me into an apartment with damages to it and tried to make me pay for them. I had to take them to court.

Walls are thin, so expect neighbors to complain. Really thinking about moving due to the fact I can’t be free in my own home without thinking this guy going to complain.

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE
Lack of parking spots will force you to park miles away from your apartment. They close the staff office at 6:00PM and I arrived at 8:00PM with a new car. The visitor parking lots were FULL (as always) and I had to park in another place and this morning my car was not there. I had to pay 300 dollars and they just said that it is not their fault.

Peaceful Living
Cumberland is perfectly located in Ft Worth. Clean, comfortable and safe. I love the staff, maintenance guys are awesome. I love it!
