Been here for 10 months and in my opinion, it hasn’t been worth it. Management took away guest parking. Told us to have guests park on the street or use the unsecured, unmaintained parking lot behind the building that requires payment to park. Also something always seems to be broken from various doors to the elevators. For being marketed as a “luxury” apartment, I am disappointed.

Fernando gave me an excellent t9ur of the property.
I have been touring lots of apartments lately. This place exceeds every one. Saltwater pool with fountain and a spectacular view. Super nice team.
Everything is brand new with super high quality finishes cool artworks and a great building layout.
