Extremely disappointed with this property and the way management treats its residents.

My husband and I have lived here for two years, and unfortunately, this parking situation feels like the cherry on top of an already disappointing experience.

We had reserved parking spaces that were part of our lease agreement, yet management decided to change the parking policy and take those spaces away from us.

When we raised our concerns, management’s response was that they had emailed us about the… change two months in advance and placed a letter on our door. While we acknowledge that an email was sent, is that really the best communication method for a major change to something that is part of our lease?

Let’s be honest—people receive countless emails every day, and important changes like this can easily get overlooked. Meanwhile, this property has no problem texting us repeatedly through their AI assistant, Sloane, about rent payments and other matters. If they can text residents about paying rent, they certainly could have sent a text or made a phone call about taking away our reserved parking spaces.

For a property that markets itself as a luxury community, we expected a much higher level of communication and consideration. A phone call, voicemail, or even a text would have ensured that we actually received and understood such an important change.

Luxury isn’t just about a nice building and amenities. It’s about how you treat the people who pay to live there, how you communicate with them, and whether you honor the agreements you make.
