DO NOT LIVE HERE
I moved here thinking it was going to be a nice apartment in downtown Fort Worth for a reasonable price.. but I was terribly wrong. There are homeless people constantly crowding the door asking for money or sleeping in the garage, random people will sit on the stairs for hours. Sometimes homeless people will sneak inside for shelter. The hallways and stairwells CONSTANTLY smell like cigarettes... My dishwasher and washer broke down from one use. I've spoken with management constantly about our... neighbors noisy kids and they never did anything about it... Sadly, I was stuck in that lease for 12 months and was counting down the days.. If I could stop a handful of people from living here, I would feel better. PLEASE, stay away!!! The ONLY good thing about this complex is how nice some of the leasing agents can be, but the manager is quite rude. I would NOT recommend this place, in fact, I have told all my friends to steer clear from this complex.

Outstanding Apartment Living
I love living at Hunter Plaza, going on my 2nd year. Wonderful, helpful staff, great residents and a bright clean parking garage. Apt is very quiet and has very efficient lay-out. I have not had a single negative experience while living there...the review below was apparently written by a person who wrote their review under the incorrect apartment complex!

You pay the for the cheap rent!
There's always a broken elevator, you can always find a used condom in the parking garage and when your appliances broke down you can always count in waiting for months before they're "fix". Management office staff are a joke and disrespectful. Not worth the money!
