Amazing Management, Maintenance, Price etc. Home town feel
I am new to the area. I shopped for an apartment for a month plus. I love the location, floor plans, amenities, property. What sold me in the end was the Management professionalism. Maria and Jinnene are amazing to work with. Over a month now and dont regret at all. Highly recommend.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE THEY DON'T COME TO EMERGENCIES
this is the worst place to live. because they don't care about fixing apartments that have been damaged. The only thing they say is that they are going to fix it but they never send anyone, it is the worst service. these apartments belong to an investor. The Valcap Group and there is no number to contact someone who brings solutions

They don't answer emergency calls.
I have lived for a week in an apartment that was flooded for two days and they have not done anything to repair the damage.

possibly the lowest quality and poorest management ran property in state of Texas.
- office voicemailbox is always full - no live person actually answers the phone - if you're lucky to get a humans voice for a maintenance emergency, they will tell you to call back cuz your emergency isn't severe enough - follow through on maintenance emergencies for a hole in your roof that came from rain will have a response time of 2 weeks to never... - possibly one of the worst places to live in the state of Texas - security gate never closes allowing anyone and everyone to come in
