The amenities and maintenance staff are great. If you need something fixed it gets done in a timely manner and correctly the first time. The main issue is with communicating with the front desk, and how they talk to you. I would prefer to figure something out on my own than “talk” with them half the time.

The office staff were really nice. The welcome folder was very helpful and explained well. Cleaning and carpet missed the mark, but it has not been a bad experience moving in.

The apartment is very nice and always peaceful. The staff are always so helpful and kind they’re easy to talk to and make you feel welcome. The community also hosts fun events throughout the year Overall it’s a quiet, comfortable place to live with great people and excellent service.

This is a great place to live. The office people are the best. They take care of any problems promptly. The maintenance guy George is very skilled and takes care of everything right away. I am glad I chose Overlook Ranch as my home.

I love this place so far so good! I feel safe which is huge for me of course as well as anyone else and they make it so comfortable shout out to Aspen! She's really been a gem!
