Well worth the wait!!!

I just recently moved in after being on the waiting list for several months. There were times where I was considering looking somewhere else because of the wait but they were the most reasonably priced especially for the space you get. I am so glad I waited though, my apartment is so pretty and has a lot of character, such as the crown molding and built ins. The office staff is super friendly and never got irritated with me calling all the time to see where I was on the waiting list. I was a… little disappointed to get the second floor apartment because I personally do not like carpet, but I didn’t want to pass on the opportunity for the apartment. They knew I how i felt about the carpet so they surprised me with new laminate flooring!! It’s so pretty and exactly what I wanted. The apartment was also extremely clean when I moved in and they really paid attention to details. I can definitely see myself living here for a very long time.

ANT INFESTATION

I've been living in this apt for over a yr. The apartment itself is awesome but I've been living with ANTS since the day I moved in and still to this day, OVER A YEAR LATER I AM STILL DEALING WITH AN INFESTATION OF ANTS! I have had pest control come out on several different occasions and only on the Last visit In August, did he finally actually pay attention to the type of ants I have. Says he's been spraying for the wrong thing and will talk to the manager. He has not been back since and I… STILL HAVE ANTS! & they get into EVERYTHING! Wrote an email to the manager, I was given a lease violation and Blamed for the problem that I have been dealing with since the DAY I moved in. There is clearly a problem with the property that NEEDS to be addressed in a different way because the methods being used are NOT WORKING! I am NOT the cause of these ants! This NEEDS to be fixed and I plan to bring this issue to corporate since talking to the office manager got me nothing but a lease violation

Excellent

I REALLY LOVE WHERE I STAY I BEEN HERE 6 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM. THEY HAVE SOME FRIENDLY STAFF TEAM. WHEN EVER I PUT IN A WORK ORDER THEY COME RIGHT ON OUT TO FIX ANYTHING THAT NEED TO BE FIX. THEY ARE KIDS FRIENDLY AND I LIKE THAT THEY HAVE A AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR KIDS IF THEY NEED HELP WITH ANY HOMEWORK AND THEY ALSO GIVE THEM A SNACK AND A DRINK.
