No. It took 4 months to have someone get the prior tenant’s jam repaired.
It has taken 4 months to have my kitchen floor replaced. The bathroom floors are trip hazard for me. I have Parkinson’s and I’m 84. I do like the staff, manager here. They say they try it’s just not working for me. If someone from your office wants to call I’d be glad to talk to them.

I am glad that we had time to sit down and visit about the issues mentioned. I am also glad that you realize that Overture Ridgmar has gone above and beyond by tearing out and replacing perfectly good ceramic tile throughout your kitchen to replace... it with vinyl plank. This was done because we do care about you and want you to feel secure moving about in your home. Please know that my door is always open for not only yourself but all residents on this property. If you’re a senior who loves to have an active lifestyle than this community is perfect for you! You can participate or not participate it’s all up to you -perfect! The staff is the most cordial and helpful in regards to any questions whether it be safety, maintenance, or just information.
