Nice open rooms nice walk in closet , u can call maintenance anytime . Very 1st apartment and I love it !! Kinda pricey but it's nice and big never really hear anybody everyone's quiet!

First, we moved in to cockroaches, had to ask them to come spray, but that didn’t do anything. Apparently their pest control makes its rounds every 3 months, but that’s the only time we’ve seen them in 8 months.

Our AC started leaking and flooded. The maintenance just made it worse. The whole panel actually fell because they didn’t secure it. We didn’t even want them to come back so we secured it, and yes, it continued to leak for the next week.

The water. Apparently even though it’s… included in your rent, it’s not. It’s rationed. While we’ve never had it run out during a shower, we’ve had to go hours without sink or toilet water. This usually happens every 2-3 weeks.

Parking. They don’t explicitly tell you. They take your car information, but they don’t register you. You have to go register ON YOUR OWN TIME with a towing company or you can’t park anywhere in the complex. They pride themselves on taking one car a night. And you can’t access the registration unless you ask the apartment to get you the correct number. So don’t fall victim to this, you think you’re registered because you gave them your info (just like you would at any other complex) but you’re not.

Pets. Yes you can have any pet. Here’s the thing, they want the name of your animal, species and breed. All vaccination history. Here’s where it gets weird. They want your dog’s weight. A photo. And they require a DNA sample so they can track if you don’t pick up after it. Sounds all efficient, but it’s a little severe questionnaire for a pet.

Neighbors. Most of them, really nice in our area. Most. The ones who live directly next door are always screaming, crying hysterically, publicly fighting, kicking each other out, and look like addicts. There are also a few creeps in the area, don’t go walking alone.

Laundry. They have rooms all throughout, but they’re only coin-less. They stopped accepting my account after I finished washing my clothes. So I sat for over an hour trying to get my clothes dried.

Pools. They say they have 3 crystal pools. One is never open. The other two are open half the time but always overly crowded.

Mail. We are still receiving letters for some random guy after 8 months. Apparently our mailman hasn’t figured it out, even though we’ve brought it up several times. Read More

I’ve lived at Park Villas for 2.5 years now. I have never had a huge concern with this apartment and I have always felt safe.

My grandmother lives at Park Villas and has been there for 6 years. The staff is very attentive, including maintenance services. The grounds are clean. Neighbor issues have been minimal. The negatives are that the outside is not the prettiest, and there aren't washer and dryer connections in most apartments. I am now looking to possibly lease my own apartment there.
