Great property and staff

I really enjoy living here and recently renewed my lease. Brittany and Adelina are amazing and always stay on top of things. Brittany sold me on this place within 2 minutes of meeting her. It’s nice having a property manager that is professional yet down to earth. I look forward to spending many more years here.

Favorite apartments I’ve ever lived in

The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. They’re always doing things to bring the community together and interact with the residents. It’s clean, quiet, very pet friend, and so conveniently located. My renewal is coming up and I plan to stay!

City living made easy

I have always lived in the country or suburbs, never in the city. I must say the transition has been awesome and I really enjoy living at Parker House. The location is perfect, the Water Gardens are a 4 min walk, Sundance is maybe 15 mins! Misty is a great manager and so nice. Manuel is on top of this property and makes it look easy when I know from experience, it is not. But he does it all and with a smile.
The 24 hour convenience to all ammenties is also worth the fees being paid monthly, I... have access to the gym or huddle whenever I want. It is quiet and very clean.

Wonderful Friendly Place To Call Home!

I first toured at the end of October, Misty made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. She has been helpful, sweet and personable which is not what you find anymore in customer service. As for Manuel he is effecient and very knowledgable and he knows his property! Also so kind and always willing to explain things to me when something in my home has issues, also so quick to repair!
Brittany is outgoing and patient, and just a doll. The staff is something I cherish living here.
I love... the style of Parker House. It is unique, open and modern living. The elevators are convenient and the gym is also a big plus. I would recommend Parker House a thousand times over.

Great Customer Service, beautiful unique property!

This property is unique and one of a kind!
I loved my tour, from the gym to the tide lockers.

My first time contacting the office I spoke to Misty who was upbeat and so sweet. The tour was with Brittany who was personable but professional, and also so nice!

My only issue is the move in date and layout I want, but best believe I am watching the website for my home.
