Things are getting so bad here. Tenant concerns are not taken seriously; there is only one cleaning lady for the entire building. This means there is no standard for cleaning. Dogs pop inside the building, the mailroom, and the stairwell. No courtesy officer is on-site, and the building is consistently surrounded by homeless inside and outside. There is zero luxury here. The place has been run into the ground by the new management company. It’s filthy, it stinks, the service is reprehensible, and the rents are exorbitant.

Ramble and Rose was taken over by new management and they're abysmal. Zero communication no matter how much you reach out to them. The girl who works in the front office is unhelpful and unfriendly. Eddie who is the actual property manager is incompetent. They charge for services like concierge trash up, but don't actually pick up the trash, so the hallways smell like trash. Super cute place but very noisy, the hallways stink because the time limits for trash days aren’t followed, the stairwells and elevator smell like dog pee, on occasion you’ll see dog poo. A suggestion to the office, dog owners should only live on the 2nd and 1st floors. Garage entrances seem to be broken quite often, meaning you have to find limited parking around the apartment. Other than that it’s ok.
