Best Place to Live

We moved in August 2021 and have enjoyed every aspect of the property. The residents are a great mix of people. The Office Managers are so kind and go above and beyond to respond to your request.
I turned in a work order today and within the hour the awesome maintenance team we're here taking care of it. Our favorite part of being here is sitting on our balcony in the evening enjoying the stars and quiet.

Terrible staff

I don’t even know where to start I moved in a townhome and everything was incomplete no outlets worked no air conditioning I was told to sleep down stairs 8months pregnant had a leak two weeks after moving in maintenance man Ronny who btw was a creep took about a month and a half to finish it and it wasn’t completely done he also took it upon himself to go through my pantry eat and drink my food.. Save your money please

Don’t move here

I was rushed to move in when I really wasn’t ready not to mention that the apartment wasn’t ready after I moved in I asked for new blinds and for my thermostat to be fixed and still nothing I definitely regret moving here and will be contacting the corporate office DONT MOVE HERE

Staff is Terrible!

Office staff is incompetent and always unhelpful. Work orders are neglected and not handled for months if ever. Work that is done is sloppy. Do yourself a favor and make another apartment building your home.
