Sanger Lofts - Sundance Square

The Sanger Lofts are a great space in a great location downtown Fort Worth, just two blocks away from the beautiful Sundance Square. High ceilings and exposed air conditioning ducts gives the units a true loft-feel. The bedroom is quite large and has plenty of room for several pieces of large furniture. There are two walk in closets, plenty of closet space for two people... or one person with a lot of stuff! One of the favorite features is the storage underneath the bedroom along the hallway.... It's convenient, easily accessible, and can hold a large amount. The flooring is the original wood from when it used to be the Sanger Department Store. There are 4 huge windows along the south wall that give an awesome view to the street and downtown life below. The main area is huge, very easy to divide into separate areas (dining, office, living, bar, etc.). It has a utility closet that can double as a pantry and a laundry closet for stack-able set.
