    Cute homes/ terrible management and upkeep

    We have lived here since it opened. This place used to be the envy of all of the apartments around here. They have since switched management and they are GARBAGE! We and all of the neighbors we are friendly with are all leaving at the end of our leases. Don’t be sucked in by the (admittedly) beautiful apartments… if you move here you should be prepared to have your a/c go in and out particularly in the summer, water pressure issues all the time, the lights go out very easily when there is any… rain or wind, long waits for maintenance requests, and I hope you don’t have a pet because they aren’t prepared for pets, enjoy the landmines as there are never any bags for folks to clean up after their dogs, and the complex surely doesn’t, and lastly I hope you never get caught in the elevator because they have gone out of service more that what feels safe.
