Currently bad management and poor communication.

Listen I used these review to see how apartments are too and reviews like this saved me from bad apartment but this time I wasn’t saved, I don’t have the most unique scenario, it’s just a consistent effort of bad communication all the way to corporate level which is mind blowing. My apartment had smoke smell and dirt the day I moved in and I was assured they would take care of it after I gave them up to 3 weeks after my move in date, after I arrived nothing was done, and I had to fight again for… 1 more week which again nothing was been done, I was even given the offer to leave which I thought at least they would let me go without paying any additional fees because of the smoke smell, they didn’t and I have tried to contact corporate, to which I have been given absolutely no response. They billed me and are threatened to send to collections if payment aren’t made after all I went through. It takes a lot to write a review, to go to a site and start looking for a way to share ur experience, take my word if ur already on the fence just go somewhere else.

Renewed my Lease!!

I have a one bedroom currently and I feel like it’s the perfect size for one person. The community team responds to issues in a timely manner. It was a very easy decision to renew my lease here.

Keep Looking... don't rent here

Every building has major cracks in the interior and exterior walls. A/C units are all original and not efficient, we've lived here for 4 months and the A/C has broken 3 times already. Hot water has gone out 2 times in four months. Doors and windows do not close and seal properly because the foundation is so bad. BEST part was they evicted us after 4 months of being there with a 30 day notice to move out because they are wanting to repair the apartment. They should do the repairs on their units… before they sign leases with their tenants. This has been going on for years and has happened to many tenants.
