New Resident - Loving it
Living at The Cooper has been such an amazing experience! The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and feel so modern and welcoming. One of my favorite parts is the location — being so close to Magnolia makes it easy to walk to coffee shops, grab boba, and enjoy all the fun local spots nearby.
The community atmosphere is also wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, and the staff is always helpful and attentive. It truly feels like home here, and I would absolutely recommend The Cooper to anyone... looking for a comfortable apartment in a great location!

Living the Magnolia Dream
My daughter absolutely loves living at The Cooper! Her apartment is beautiful, spacious, and the huge balcony has quickly become her favorite spot to relax. The location near Magnolia is such a huge perk — she loves being able to walk to grab boba, coffee, and enjoy all the nearby restaurants and shops. One of the best parts has been the friendly atmosphere around the community. Everyone has been so welcoming, and it truly feels like home for her. We couldn’t be happier with her experience here!

DO NOT RENT
Lost everything I owned in their fire. Fire alarms didn’t even go off. 850 people were displaced. They didn’t care at all. DO NOT RENT THE BUILDING IS DANGEROUS.

STAY AWAY- LIFE RUINERS
THEY DELETED ALL THEIR REVIEWS BECAUSE THIS APARTMENT BUILDING HAD A HUGE FIRE AND LEFT MANY PEOPLE HOMELESS
WE LOST AND REPLACED ALL OUR BELONGINGS BECAUSE THESE MFS HIRED AN UNLICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTER AND THE HVAC UNIT CAUGHT FIRE
