My oven died on a Saturday evening after the office closed. I put in an online maintenance order, but worried it might get lost and so on Monday morning at 9:00, I called. Maintenance showed up within 10 minutes and I had a replacement stove installed by 11:30! Fabulous service , thanks so much.

We are just moving in and we are already charmed and impressed by The Elm at River Park. The staff is nice and the amenities are modern and well maintained. We are happy with our decision to move here!

i’ve been living here since December. This has been the best apartment complex i’ve lived at. the staff is great and attentive. maintenance is always on time and gets the job done well.

I’ve absolutely loved my experience here thus far. Entire complex is always completely clean and neat. Community is very quiet but also welcoming.

As a military family, we’ve lived in more places than we can count—and this apartment complex is hands-down the best. It’s clean, welcoming, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. The dog park is our pug’s personal paradise, the pool and trails feel resort-level, and the parking garage? A shaded oasis that’s saved us from sun-scorched steering wheels. Tall ceilings make the space feel open and airy, and the office treats? Our dog now thinks errands are a party.
Maintenance is quick, and the... management team is warm, attentive, and always looking for ways to improve—even when everything already feels well-run. The layout is peaceful yet community-friendly, and despite being pet-friendly, it’s impressively clean. Like, “are these dogs secretly trained in housekeeping?” clean.
This place has heart. It’s the kind of home that makes transitions easier and everyday life a little more joyful.
