Disgusting place infested with roaches and the management is horrible

Moving experience

My family originally moved from Cortland Fossil Creek to Cortland Riverside and that transition was very smooth. After living in one of the Villas which are amazing we’re looking to downgrade within the community and Rahni made it possible for us to move in 30 days which is awesome.
We’re excited for our move in less than two weeks and have enjoyed the friends we made here and will continue to enjoy this wonderful community.

Best apartment complex ever

Cortland Riverside has a very responsive staff and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents have the best living experience. I also feel very safe in this community.

Amazing comfort

I've lived here for over 2 years and honestly couldn't be happier. The staff is incredible, the amenities are great, and the place is well maintained. I've always felt very safe here, and if ever I had an issue, it's been taken care of immediately. I recently had surgery and , since I live alone, the staff reached out and assisted me with whatever I needed. It is a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it. 10/10
