I’ve had my share of apartment living. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have run into 4-5 issues and they are quick to resolve them! KC will shoot ya straight and is on point to help!
They are still working to recover from the last owners, But these current people are amazing individuals!

This place used to be called tides on Overton ridge and only changed its name because it had such bad reviews. They have bugs, their management does not work with you or care. They are always charging people with random fees and tow cars without reason

I was already on edge because of the location, but when the property manager came and pulled the leasing agent away from our consultation, we immediately decided we are not living there. The apartments are okay, not great. I was really ready to give up on any complex with the name "Tides".

Do not move in here. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely useless. They are constantly doing repairs and shutting water off. The fees this place “magically” adds is unbelievable. I am only writing this review to hopefully stop someone else like me from moving into this place and having it mess up your life.

I have lived here for going on 3 years and I don't move only because I hate moving I'm almost to the point though. Maintenance is an absolute joke and they check off requests when they really don't do them. I have a giant hole cut out in my master bedroom that's been there for over a week it's covered with a trash bag. I've been telling them to finish their job every day for the past week and they really don't care. The gym they say that they have is always locked and all the machines are broken... , the pools that they say that they have I've seen Summers come and go, those pools have never opened. You get to run around from the office and the turnover rate for whoever is in management or whoever owns the complex changes year to year. Oh they sure want their rent on time though ????????
