The Holt on Chisholm Trail

When i first moved here they told me i had 2 months free but ended up making me pay for the other month because they did not put it in my lease and they were scamming people. Ac just went out they have not changed the filter for years there is dust everywhere. Cabinets keep breaking. Management is absolutely terrible and will do nothing to make sure you're living comfortably.

Rude office staff, broken apartments, unsafe complex.

I moved here from six hours away and two hours into my drive they told me they wouldn’t have my apartment ready for another week. After about an hour of negotiations they moved me into a different layout and this apartment was falling apart at the seams. No AC in the peak heat of August, a toilet that runs constantly, broken microwave, stovetop that doesn’t heat up, split doors, cracked countertops, and much more. Maintenance requests were... submitted repeatedly and I was in the office almost daily trying to get things fixed. The response I got each time showed they had no control over their maintenance team. Only after I reported them to the city did I get my ac fixed three months later. Even still, the new ac leaked and nothing was done about it yet again. They now have a new office staff and the manager is the rudest and most difficult human being I’ve ever interacted with. When I was trying to have a civil conversation she interrupted and accused me of recording her, when I showed I wasn’t doing anything of the sort she began to immediately shut down anything I said so no conversation could be had. The only competent and nice person in that office is Cheya but for as kind as he is he holds no power in that complex. The complex itself is also highly unsafe. I’ve had my share of apartment living. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have run into 4-5 issues and they are quick to resolve them! KC will shoot ya straight and is on point to help!

They are still working to recover from the last owners, But these current people are amazing individuals!

This place used to be called tides on Overton ridge and only changed its name because it had such bad reviews. They have bugs, their management does not work with you or care. They are always charging people with random fees and tow cars without reason

I was already on edge because of the location, but when the property manager came and pulled the leasing agent away from our consultation, we immediately decided we are not living there. The apartments are okay, not great. I was really ready to give up on any complex with the name "Tides".
