Great Experience at The Lodge at River Park
I took a ride out to see this beautiful property upon my arrival I went into the leasing office and there sat Ms. Ashley very pleasant individual, she was very apologetic for not being able to show me the property due to the rain and other circumstances. I was not upset because I understand things do happen and I was just going there for the ride. Ms. Ashley did send to my email several youtube videos of the property which was very helpful and explained to me the requirements and other helpful... information. I am looking forward of being a future resident at the Lodge at river Park.

The lodge at river park
We mostly interacted with Ashley from the front office and each time she was courteous, helpful and patient. The property is extremely beautiful, clean quiet and feels safe. The apartment was clean and smelling fresh when we moved in.

Trinity River Access!
The Lodge at River Park is a beautiful property with multiple trees, exercise gym, RIVER ACCESS, bark park, resort-style pool, movie theatre, and more! I have lived here for about 3-years and could not be happier! The leasing office is always helpful and responsive!

Very Responsive Maintenance
We have lived at the Lodge for almost a year now and have only had a few minor maintenance requests, but when we do the maintenance crew responds extremely quick and is very helpful. Recently, I submitted a maintenance request at 9 pm at night and they were there by 9 am the next morning and solved the problem right there. Thank you Lodge maintenance team!

Pet Owners
Pet owners:
If you have a pet, I would advise to not choose The Lodge at River Park as your home. Recently they required everyone to create a pet profile for pet screening which cost us $25. What they didn’t explain is that the profile would then be used to to raise our pet rent from $20 a month to $30-$50. For some reason, which they deny to explain is why my pet rent went to the full $50.
I called every complex on this street and their pet rent ranges from $15-$20 a month. This complex and... Harbor Group Management is not in the business of customer service with their tenants. They are only in the business to make money.
I could write a book of complaints about the corporate management here, the high ratings actually surprise me.
