I just moved in this past week and could not be happier to be living at Monarch Medical District. It is only a couple of blocks from my son’s house (not to worry—he picked my new location!) My apartment is spotless, spacious, and has amazing light. The storage space is incredible, and the bathroom is large with double sinks and a deep tub. The countertops are light colored and have a discreet bit of sparkles as well. Parking is convenient in a garage right across from my front window, and there... are 2 covered walkways on the 3rd and 4th floors with elevators available as well. The atmosphere at Monarch MD is very laid back, the office staff are friendly and attentive, and the artwork in the common spaces is modern and pleasing to the eye. Yes, there is a nice sized gym and pool area as well that I hope to visit soon. This is my most favorite “home,” aside from living in Hawaii.
Many Mahalos to Monarch MD for also being within walking distance of my hairdresser and great restaurants!

So far, I greatly enjoy the Monarch. It is clean, cozy, and in an incredible location. I also enjoy the staff who are very attentive and kind.
