While the apartment is nice itself, the move in experience was not smooth. We received no move in materials, key fob doesn’t work, only one garage opener while we have two cars that need to go in and out, no property map or codes to go thru areas of the property, etc. All of this is general information we need to live here and we keep having to go down to leasing to get this information which is annoying, and probably makes us look annoying to leasing.

If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend this community. The homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The staff here goes above and beyond—they are so cooperative and genuinely helpful with any requests. It’s also in a perfect location close to the station, which is super convenient.

The location is definitely one of this apartment’s biggest strengths, and the new management has made some positive improvements. That said, some policy changes—such as those related to Wi-Fi and EV charging—have made the community feel a bit less flexible than it was under previous management. While I understand the need for consistency, some of the newer implementations have taken away conveniences that residents appreciated. I have been in this community for several years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is amazing, and the community is safe to walk about.

Overall really good community but when it comes to preparing any documentation there are so many mistakes and overcharges so you have to waste so much time finding them out and asking to get those fixed otherwise no one will even look at it - all of this could be easily fixed with proper checklists for new residents and transferring residents
