Disappointing leasing office experience
The leasing team should be fired.
Completely unprofessional leasing experience. Communication was poor, the tour felt negative from the start, and I left feeling like I was bothering them by asking basic questions. Kaitlyn was rude and dismissive, and the manager barely engaged— always on the phone in “meetings.” If you’re looking for a team that actually helps, this wasn’t it.
