DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

They will take your $200 application fee and never send you your lease or contact you :) even after multiple attempts trying to reach them by phone, email, voicemails. You’ll never hear from them - only the AI leasing agent :)

I don’t have good experience communicating with the staff When I call by phone nobody answer the phone, not one time in multiple times.

They need to inspect the apartment entryways floor by floor every day; that way, they will discover how trash disposal rules are being ignored and how smoking—including marijuana—continues in areas such as balconies, patios, and pool areas, as well as issues regarding dog waste on patios and violations of pool rules.
