Do not be fooled and move here! They do not care about the community they just want your money - 1 month in my apartment my neighbor down stairs came beating on my door which almost lead to an altercation and Ashley (office staff) who lived in the same building just sat at the end of the stairs being nosy and had her boyfriend who was taking pictures of my door tell me “she’s not working at the moment” after trying to provide her with a statement of the event. Had to escalate it to the property... manager at the time.
The maintenance team is trash:
- My dishwasher broke about 4 months in and maintenance could not fix it… all they told me to do was get a dish mat to air dry my dishes.
- My dryer broke 3 times! (Only been was the apartment for 2 years)
- My kids room was infested with ants
- They are now trying to charge me of breaking a glass top stove that literally cracked on its own while cooking..
Don’t get me started on the parking/towing.. the other reviews are so true!
- Parking is horrible.. i literally had to walk across the apartments with my 3 kids for over a year because Ashley never followed up with me for a garage until I approached her in the office.
- The tow truck guy follows the towing rules whenever he wants.. everyone used to park in handicap outside the gate and my guest parked there and they got towed

I understand... your concerns regarding the damage charges. While normal wear and tear is expected in any apartment home, damages such as broken appliance parts fall outside of that scope. Service requests are always encouraged, and I do see that all requests submitted during your residency were completed.
