Highly don’t recommend

i moved here in October 2025 i have suffered cold water problems since i’ve stayed here and it is now June 2026. i don’t recommend staying here. any problems or concerns are prolonged and looked at as if there’s nothing wrong no matter how many times you tell them. i also had roaches when i moved in and had to get pest control out to spray multiple times. even though you get charged for pest control in your rent you also will get charged for them coming out.

Management Ghosts Harder Than Your Last Tinder Match

If you love waiting games, unanswered calls, and problems that only a sledgehammer can solve, this is the place for you! Need a repair? Settle in—it’ll take weeks, and that’s if they bother. Moving in? Hope you like surprises, because you might not even get the apartment you signed up for! And if you do, don’t worry—they’ll keep things interesting by giving you the wrong keys to your storage. Bonus features include a scenic landscape of unclaimed dog poop and a corporate office that ghosts... harder than a bad Tinder date. Enjoy!

ROACH INFESTATION

German roaches pop up in our kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Always finding adult ones in our cabinets, near our plates.
Everytime there is food being cooked I find like 5 baby roaches crawling on the floor.
Pest control is not so helpful, feels like they spray WATER. This is a hazard. Been getting roach rash on my skin.

Save your money

This place is trash if I could rate it zero stars I would. The office people are horrible especially the manager Cheyenne, the phones are never answered. The apartments are all infested and the water is constantly always being turned off. Thank god to be out of this place. If you’re looking for a home please look else where.
