Don’t fix things bad management
I’ve been living here 6 months in a townhome online the townhome looks big but it’s very small the air upstairs does not work also I have black mold they don’t fix anything and they change management a lot it’s quite but the apartment itself is horrible they have a few that’s updated these apartments are horrible also even if you have your rent money order on the third of the month and u don’t get home til after office close they tell u to pay late charges are they take the late charges out your... rent and then say you owe rent when everyone knows you can’t take late charges out of rent.

Worst experience, rude management
I always had rent paid and never complained about the awful conditions of the apartment because the rent was cheap and you get what you pay for I guess. Water turned off all the time without warning. Smells like marijuana.. The worst part is they hit me with $1100 on my credit for "damages" that they cant even elaborate on or give me proof of. When I tried to reach out to management, she was rude. When I reached out to their corporate... No response back.
