Western Station Apartments

Krystal in manage is rude and makes up her own rules to fine you...When trash cans are not emptied on specified days and she wants residents to keep the trash in garage to create
rodent problem. We pay for pest control on lease but rare comes out if you dont follow up several times. I have had a cracked window in my unit day one of my move in and reported it and two years later management is still working on this repair. I also reported several times that my unit heat is not working properly... and unit is very cold and her response was, " go buy some wood and light your fireplace." Very unprofessional. Pools in the summer are more closed than open in the summer months. Entry gates never worked for residents and we have to manually punch code as if we were a visitor. Gates are often broken so not much privacy or security. No camera work around propetry, Krystal's response is always, "we are working on it... what else". Clearly she lacks customer service skills. She lives on property and lets her little white dog go to the restroom behind my unit and does not clean it up but sends letters out about fines for other residence dogs. She is not a very truthful person so beware before you sign a lease with Western Station Apartments (LivingJoy). 1-Krystal Dorman, manager, charged us November rent we gave her the keys of the apt. In October 23rd
2-She kept $500 deposit lying about damage that we noted in the first walk through page that it was already there, plus she didn’t want to prove her lies after we asked for the reasons, she ignored our e mails.
Many more things that I’m so disappointed about. She made our experience so bad.
She keeps reaching out acting like nothing happened asking why I gave her 1 star

The maintainance staff specifically. Tony is so kind .polite and perfect. The service given by the apartment is perfect.

The apartments themselves are great. They way they are run is a different story. The communication about issues is communicated poorly. There are incredible delays with no concrete answers. The dog park is treating like a bathroom for dogs instead of a place for them to run. Getting concrete answers is almost non-existent.

I had a friend who lived here and I always loved visiting- new build, brand new appliances, lots of space/storage, great location, balcony, etc. When my lease was up at my old place, Western Station was at the top of my list. I love living here!
