Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is a small fire pit on site, and guests are asked to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after each use. Fireworks are not allowed, and there is a $50 replacement fee per key if not returned to the lockbox. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights when not in use. The property has an unsupervised water feature, and there is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool, hot tub, or wandering around the property. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling), and adjustments should be made by no more than 2 degrees per hour. The property is in a rural area where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Keep all windows and doors closed to help keep them outside, and feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
