Pets are not allowed in the cabin. However, cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate 1 pet each with a $100 fee. No fencing on the property and pets must be leashed at all times. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.

This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. No smoking is allowed on the premises inside or outside and parties are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. The property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants.
