Nice but has Roach Problem

I have a very nice apartment. It has a garage that makes it easy for a handicapped person to live there. It is in a safe, gated complex with pool, clubhouse, etc. Thr apartments are grouped in units of eight. My only problem is that many roaches from the other apartments enter my apartment continuously, at least 25 to 40 per day. I spray. The management has sprayed up to twice a month. It does not help and has affected my health. I am 84 & handicapped, and it would be difficult to move.
