Just moved in and am very happy! I loved the apartment complex the moment I saw and toured it back in September of 2023 and was set on this location with my upcoming move. Applying, getting set up within the portal and moving in was so easy thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Now that I’m here, everyone including the other residents have been so welcoming and nice. The amenities and convenience of this community is excellent and I am very pleased with how it’s all come together. My... apartment is perfect for what I needed as a new Houston/Friendswood resident. Great choice to live!
