I recently moved into Bell Southstone Yards and I’ve had a great experience so far! I moved to Texas from another state, and Meti made the whole leasing process super easy. She gave me a virtual tour, answered all my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process.

The apartments are new, clean, and modern, and I really like the amenities. The pool is beautiful, the fitness center is great, and I especially love the co-working space. The location is also really convenient with… restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping just a quick drive away.

Overall, I’m really happy I chose Bell Southstone Yards and would definitely recommend it!

I haven’t been able to fully move into my apartment and it’s been a month. There was a flood/leak from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor, where I reside, and the communication has been terrible. The contractors left my apartment door cracked open one of the days, which compromises my safety. They removed my washer and dryer and didn’t hook it back up properly, and there was water on my floor after I put in a load. This experience hasn’t been the best.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly whenever needed.
