I am very pleased with my decision to lease here. I do need a larger apartment but that is on me because a larger apartment was suggested by the staff.

Overall, we've had a very good experience living at Brea Frisco. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. While we did run into a few issues when we first moved in, the management team was responsive and addressed our concerns promptly, which we really appreciated. The staff has been professional and helpful throughout our time here. The only area that could use improvement is the size of the amenities, as they can feel crowded for the number of residents. Expanding the… gym or adding another pool would make the community even better.
