Flooding, unit damage, communication lack of empathy

I acknowledge that management's position is that the unit is safe to occupy and that rent and monthly fees will not be waived.
However, I respectfully disagree with that assessment. While repairs are ongoing, I am being expected to continue living in a unit affected by water damage and active repair work without a repair timeline. This has disrupted my ability to fully use and enjoy the apartment as intended.
Although you have stated the damage is minimal, I do not believe it is reasonable to… expect a resident to continue paying full rent while living through ongoing repairs and the uncertainty surrounding their completion. I am requesting that management reconsider providing a rent concession or other accommodation during this period.

Flooding and towing residences vehicles

Recurring property management issues involving flooding incidents and the towing of resident vehicles, including concerns around communication, accountability, and the impact on residents.

Repeated Flooding and Unresponsive Management

Living here was a very stressful experience. Ongoing leaks and flooding caused repeated damage and inconvenience, and there was constant uncertainty about what construction-related issue might happen next. New problems seemed to emerge on a regular basis, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or settled. Management was often evasive, non-responsive, and poor at communicating during serious situations. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
