I acknowledge that management's position is that the unit is safe to occupy and that rent and monthly fees will not be waived.
However, I respectfully disagree with that assessment. While repairs are ongoing, I am being expected to continue living in a unit affected by water damage and active repair work without a repair timeline. This has disrupted my ability to fully use and enjoy the apartment as intended.
Although you have stated the damage is minimal, I do not believe it is reasonable to... expect a resident to continue paying full rent while living through ongoing repairs and the uncertainty surrounding their completion. I am requesting that management reconsider providing a rent concession or other accommodation during this period.

Living here was a very stressful experience. Ongoing leaks and flooding caused repeated damage and inconvenience, and there was constant uncertainty about what construction-related issue might happen next. New problems seemed to emerge on a regular basis, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or settled. Management was often evasive, non-responsive, and poor at communicating during serious situations. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
