No smoking policy not enforced

No smoking policy is not enforced. Management treats anyone that reports this issue as if they are the problem.

Mold a prevalent issue

I had issues with mold upon move-in. Staff isn't very friendly minus a gentleman that was.

Great maintenance team

Maintenance is great with maintenance request. The grounds are always nice and kept up with and the pool always looks inviting. Great location, I cannot say enough good things about this place.

The staff here is the most accommodating and professional I have ever seen at an apartment complex. If the quality of property management is important to you, you are not going to find a better place to live.
