From day 1 of trying to get in contact for a tour of the complex, it’s been a hassle. The man I met with offered me a deal that he couldn’t offer me. The apartment then refused to honor what he said. That was red flag one.
Some major issues:
1. The pool doesn’t ever work. The pool is closed about 85% of the time, so hopefully you don’t plan to use it. They don’t let residents know u til days later. This month alone (June 23) it’s... been closed the total of about two and a half weeks.
2. Stolen mail. They don’t take care of the mailroom or monitor theft. Two days ago I went in and packages were opened and rifled through. They don’t care.
3. Dog park is garbage. It’s not even a park as much as it is a patch of dirt with rocks. The water fountain broke and the manager told me they won’t pay to replace it.
4. The walls are extremely thin and the place looks like it was built in a hurry. Crooked cabinets, pencil marks all over the concrete floors. You can hear everyone above you.

The worst part of this place is they refuse to work with you. There is a huge lack of communication. Every resident is getting out as soon as there lease is up because this place sucks so hard. Stay away! Read More
