AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely terrible management and predatory towing!
We have lived in this apartment complex for three full years and have always paid our rent on time. Imagine our shock this morning when we discovered our car was towed from the very carport that we pay extra to rent!
We are absolutely certain our vehicle was registered, but the leasing office refused to take any responsibility, claiming our car wasn't in their system. They completely refused to cover the towing fee, leaving... us with no choice but to pay nearly $400 out of our own pockets just to get our car back.
The most infuriating part is how the Community Manager handled it. They brushed me off by saying that if I could provide the original "confirmation email" from when we registered the car, they would reimburse the towing fee. After looking into it, I realized the truth: their broken system never sends an automated confirmation email when you register a vehicle in the first place! It's a completely rigged system. Management is intentionally demanding a nonexistent document to make things difficult for residents and to avoid taking responsibility for their own system glitches and chaotic management.
This is the kind of horrible management and utter lack of accountability you get after being a loyal resident for three years. If you don't want to pay for a parking spot only to get towed, and if you don't want to be treated like a fool by management when trying to stand up for your rights, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

All vehicles, resident or guest, are required to be registered with accurate license plate information to avoid towing. If you are not receiving a... confirmation email after registering, you can also review your registration activity directly within your permit portal. We're happy to revisit the situation further if you’re able to provide any additional information beyond what was visible to the tow driver at the time, which indicated the vehicle was not properly registered with the property.
