For what is offered, we felt that you get what you pay for. Our one wish for living here was that the rules of the leasing agreement for all tenants were adhered to by the front office. On the daily, we saw dogs off leash around the community and anytime there was a violation of policy (ex: trash being left out for valet at times not listed for pickup), the front office would just send “gentle reminders” and we saw first hand other tenants still violating policy. It wasn’t a poor living... experience, but residents moving in should expect that the rules outlined here in the leasing agreement were enforced more as “guidelines” rather than as requirements.
