My experience started as very positive. However, 6 months in and the cracks are beginning to show. There was some kind of mixup with the billing of my electric and I’ve been getting the runaround. Office sent me to Conserve who sent me back to the front office who sent me to the electric company and now back to the front office. $500 extra with no explanation of charges. The traffic lights have been a huge bonus to safety of exiting the neighborhood, but now the construction is booming, so lots... of heavy equipment and noise. It was to be expected, but I would not choose to live here now.

I have lived here almost a year and I can honestly say I have never had an issue that wasn’t addressed. Work orders are almost always done in a speedy manner. So i can say I am satisfied living here.
