Parking is a problem. There are 3 vehicles parked up front parking that are junk cars. They are not driven haven’t moved in months. Tried to get management to fix problem but no response. This place looks like a mechanics shop outside my window. Junk cars are being allowed to park right up front where parking is tight as it is.

Overall the experience has been great, other then when the WiFi is down. I wish we could opt out of certain amenities such as the trash valet considering our apartment is right next to one which we weren’t aware of.

Good environment and friendly apartments. Mostly everything is nearby for Indian groceries, HEB…etc.
Budget friendly for students. Great pool area.
