Not The Greatest.
Let me start off to say this property was great in the beginning of 2019. Staff was friendly, the maintenance guy was amazing, and things were easy. Fast forward to end of August 2019-beginning of September 2019. I don’t exactly recall the date. But one of my appliances goes out. I went down to the office to let them know So that they knew right away so that 1) it could be fixed and 2) it wouldn’t be put against me for move out. I get told that there is no maintenance at the moment and the head... company is sending someone out when they can. I said okay, that it wouldn’t be an issue but to please call me the day before they would come so that I knew to kennel my dog since he would need to be kenneled. Never done. It is now December of 2019, and I’m still without it. Not only that, but inspections are done all the time with a 24 hour or less notice, which is not convenient and really irritating that these can be done, but my appliance that they are supposed to provide, can not be fixed? Really wish as a new property, they could get it together.
