Avoid, avoid, avoid
I wanted to like this place, but management completely ruined it for me in the end.
I was asked if I could turn in my keys the day before my lease ended (due to my lease ending on a Sunday when they're closed) and if I didn't, I would be charged a prorate for the following Monday. I decided to not do Saturday between the hours of 8-5 per their request as I needed the extra day to finish up my move. As this apartment does NOT have a dropbox for residents, I told them I would slide my keys in... through their door on Sunday as many residents do for rent, to which they said they "do not recommend". When I followed up saying they wouldn't have any grounds to charge me a prorate Monday if I returned the keys Sunday, regardless of them being closed, AND mentioning they'd owe me $30 if returned Saturday as they charged me rent through the end of my lease, I got no response. But of course I get a quick response after move out just to let them know I turned in my keys.
I had also requested written confirmation that they would not accept or provide me a way to turn my keys in on Sunday and that they would pay me $30 if returned Saturday, which was not even acknowledged by management, ignoring my email completely.
TL;DR Dont schedule your tenants move out day on a day you're closed if you wont accept or provide a safe way to turn in keys, and don't try to dupe your residents to moving out a day early when you clearly charge them their full term until the lease's ending day.
