Senior housing? You would think they care about the property.
I am not sure where to begin. I’ve seen air filters not changed for 3-5 months at a time. Air ducts have over an inch and a half of dust inside of them. Foundation is cracking and they are not very worried about the large cracks it is causing in 4 of the units on the property. Maintenance is not local and if there is a flood or HVAC issues they contract it out. So you have strangers coming in to your home. Management company cannot he found online and when you call to find out owner/management... information it is unavailable. Unless you know the right people. And to top everything off residents have to walk up a steep hill or down another one just to take the trash to a dumpster. Very non senior friendly. I would not recommend to anyone thinking it would be a good idea for their loved one to be. Being in property management myself I know state standards for senior, conventional and tax credit properties. This one is not being ran properly.
