Great place to live

Office is nice and takes care of things! Maintenance is quick to respond
If you are looking for a quiet, new place to live in a really good location this is the place for you!!

Nightmare!

No manager to control anything that goes on! No maintenance person on site & the people they rent to have about 10 people living in one apartment and management doesn't care at all!! Cannot wait to get out of here & would never recommend it to anyone!!! And have not talked to anyone that lives here now or previously that had anything good to say about it!!! The walls are so thin you can hear every word that your neighbors are saying not to mention their tv blasting you out!!! Horrible experience… & will be out of here ASAP!!

Dump!

Trashy place!!! Loud people who could care less & have no respect for neighbors!!! Cars left out here in the parking lot for MONTHS and no one cares! There is furniture piled up by the dumpster so bad that it's hard to get to it to put trash in, but lots of people just throw it on the ground! The laundromat is nasty and clothes stay in the washers and dryers for hours! It's becoming a country club estates and you might as well live there as this dump! And don't expect management to care because… they do not or they would have a manager here to see what goes on & take care of the problems and make it a decent place to live!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Can't wait to get out of this dump!!

Absolutely Disgusting

Welcome to The Peaks, where you will be living with cockroaches, mold, loud neighbors and over flowing trash!
If you have a maintenance problem or your “average” cockroaches, fear not, your complaints will be swept under the rug.
